The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming patterns on surfaces of fruits and vegetables. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus which is easily mounted on unripe fruits and vegetables, is not easily separated in a growing process of unripe fruit and vegetables while a mounting position hardly changes, and is capable of engraving specific patterns to be clearly identified on the surface of ripe fruits and vegetables.
