PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the reduction in the absorptivity of an absorption agent in a gas supply device equipped with an air pump and an adsorbent.SOLUTION: A gas supply device (30) comprises an air pump (31) including absorption cylinders (34 and 35), and a first pump mechanism (31a) for compressing said absorption cylinders (34 and 35), and a second pump mechanism (31b). In said absorption cylinders (34 and 35), an adsorption operation for adsorbing the nitrogen component in compressed air and a desorption operation for desorbing the nitrogen component adsorbed in the adsorption agent in the air are alternately performed to perform a gas supply operation, in which the nitrogen concentrated air of a desired composition is produced and fed into a container (11).
