The present invention relates to an enzymatic composition comprising a main substrate, selected from the group consisting of wheat, wheat bran, rapeseed meal and a mixture thereof, fermented with an Aspergillus section Nigri strain, said enzyme composition having: (i) a xylanase activity greater than or equal to 500 AXC per gram of composition, (ii) a β-glucanase activity greater than or equal to 500 BGU per gram of composition, and (iii) a cellulase activity greater than or equal to at 50 CMC per gram of composition； as well as its use in the feeding of ruminants.La présente invention concerne une composition enzymatique comprenant un substrat principal, sélectionné dans le groupe constitué d'un blé, un son de blé, un tourteau de colza et un mélange de ceux-ci, fermenté avec une souche d'Aspergillus section Nigri, ladite composition enzymatique présentant: (i) une activité xylanase supérieure ou égale à 500 AXC par gramme de composition, (ii) une activité ß-glucanase supérieure ou égale à 500 BGU par gramme de composition, et (iii) une activité cellulase supérieure ou égale à 50 CMC par gramme de composition； ainsi que son utilisation dans l'alimentation des ruminants.
