PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nutritional supplement food containing much vitamins and a fiber component.SOLUTION: A method for producing a nutritional supplement food includes the steps of: crushing a bamboo material into required small pieces 1S press-kneading the bamboo material of small pieces with a press-extruding device with at least an inner pressure of 15 Kg/cm2 or more then cutting the bamboo material with a cutter into a minced state, and discharging the bamboo material into air from a nozzle having many holes. The cutting and discharging step includes: dismantling a hard tissue and a soft tissue by swelling and diffusing, and dissociating the bamboo material into fibrillated bamboo fiber chopped strands and crushing the bamboo fiber chopped strands into fine powder with 10-200 micron.
