PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing oriental medicinal nanosome containing extracts of Scutellariae Radix, Angelicae dahuricae Radix, Angelica gigas, and Glycyrrhiza glabra is provided to strengthen physiological activation and to ensure safety of the same. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin problems contains 0.01-50.0 wt% of oriental medicinal nanosome containing extracts of Scutellariae Radix, Angelicae dahuricae Radix, Angelica gigas, and Glycyrrhiza glabra. The size of the nanosome is 10-200 nm.
