PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer capable of improving a degree of sterilization on the inner face of a mouth part constituting a beverage container.SOLUTION: A sterilizer includes: a disinfectant supply pipe 31 inserted into a container 100 that is a sterilization target, and jetting a disinfectant； and a resistance flange 33 covering a mouth part 103 of the container 100 from above at a prescribed interval when the disinfectant supply pipe 31 is inserted into the container 100, and suppressing discharge of the disinfectant jetted inside the container 100 from the mouth part 103.
