To provide an auxiliary feeding box enabling seeding with uniform quality to the last raising seedling box, and easy to take out from a seeding machine.
SOLUTION: This auxiliary feeding box B is used for taking out the last raising seedling box (A) in a seeding machine 1 and made by omitting a side edge part 11 formed with a feeding hole 12 in the prescribed raising seedling box (A). The seeding machine 1 continuously performs putting soil, seeding and soil covering for the prescribed raising seedling box (A). The raising seedling box (A) is such that seedling chambers 10 are arranged in a rectangular form and the feeding holes 12 are installed in a row ON a pair of the side edge parts 11 at the same pitch as the seedling chamber 10, a pair of land rollers 15 and 16 are arranged ON the front and the rear in the conveying path length direction of a seeding device 5 performing seeding, at an interval longer than the total length of the raising seedling box (A), and the raising seedling box (A) is conveyed by rotatably driving a pair of the land rollers. The seeding device 5 is driven by driven rotating a gear 22 having a hook 22a to be engaged with the feeding hole 12 with the conveyance of the raising seedling box (A).
