PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined immediate/delayed-release delivery system for a compound having a short half-time such as antidiabetic drug etabonate remogliflozin.SOLUTION: There is provided a dosage form having two different release phases, a pharmaceutical preparation which promotes immediate release of a compound and another pharmaceutical preparation which delays release of a compound in ingesting the preparation. As a result, effective management of plasma glucose is provided, and dosage regimen of etabonate remogliflozin once per day can be attained while night-time exposure of the compound is made minimum. Although a delivery system is not limited to this, it includes a combination of enteric coating of an immediate release pharmaceutical preparation in which delay of release is provided.
