PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder dispensing device which is prevented from being clogged with powder and improves separability of powder.SOLUTION: A shutter unit 28 includes a combined body comprising a fixed plate and a movable plate, and vertical vibration is transmitted to a central part of the combined body. Specifically, vertical vibration is generated at the upper part of a shaft member 32, and is transmitted to the central part of the combined body via a lower end of the shaft member 32.
