The passing device of the present invention comprises: a transmission unit installed on a passing operation unit and emitting radio waves in the passing movement unit side guiding movements of contents； a receiving unit installed on the passing operation unit and receiving the radio waves reflected by contents； and a sensing control unit sensing the contents discharged through the passing operation unit through the radio wave received by the receiving unit after emitted from the transmission unit.
