The present invention relates to an inotodiol compound and a composition comprising an Inototus obliquus extract containing the inotodiol compound as an effective ingredient for prevention or treatment of allergy disease. More specifically, when an inotodiol compound or an Inototus obliquus extract containing the inotodiol compound as an effective ingredient was administered to food allergy-induced mouse models, symptoms caused by allergy were observed to be reduced or treated. Therefore, the inotodiol compound or the nototus obliquus extract containing the inotodiol compound as an effective ingredient according to the present invention is expected to show high usefulness in a composition for prevention or treatment of allergy disease.La présente invention concerne un composé inotodiol, ainsi qu'une composition comprenant un extrait d'Inonotus obliquus contenant le composé inotodiol en tant que principe actif, destinée à la prévention ou au traitement de maladies allergiques. Plus spécifiquement, lorsqu'un composé inotodiol, ou un extrait d'Inonotus obliquus contenant le composé inotodiol en tant que principe actif, a été administré à un modèle murin d'allergie alimentaire, il a été observé une diminution ou une guérison des symptômes liés à l'allergie. Par conséquent, il est attendu que le composé inotodiol ou l'extrait d'Inonotus obliquus contenant le composé inotodiol en tant que principe actif de la présente invention soient d'une grande utilité dans une composition visant à la prévention ou au traitement d'une maladie allergique.본 발명은 이노토디올 화합물 및 이노토디올 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 차가버섯(Inototus obliquus) 추출물을 포함하는 알레르기 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 식품 알레르기가 유도된 마우스 모델에 이노토디올 화합물 또는 이노토디올 화합물을 유효성분 중 하나로 함유하는 차가버섯 추출물을 투여하여 알레르기에 의한 증상들이 완화 및 치료되는 것을 확인함으로써, 본 발명의 이노토디올 화합물 및 이노토디올 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 차가버섯 추출물이 알레르기 질환의 예방 또는 치료 조성물로써 활용 가치가 높을 것으로 기대된다.
