The present invention relates to an air curtain apparatus for a greenhouse and a method thereof and, more specifically, to an air curtain apparatus for a greenhouse, which for efficient air-conditioning and ventilation in a greenhouse, detects height of plants according to a growth length of the plants, and divides the inside of the greenhouse by means of an injection of compressed air, into a plant cultivation space in which the plants are growing and a space situated above the plant cultivation space, to thereby be able to air-condition the plant cultivation space only or ventilate the inside of the greenhouse, and to a method thereof.
