The present invention relates to a novel class of anti-TNFa monoclonal antibodies or antigen-binding fragments comprising a homologous population of anti-TNF [alpha] IgG molecules having identical N-glycans on each Fc. The antibodies of the present invention can be formed from anti-TNFa monoclonal antibodies by glyco-engineering. The glycoconjugates of the invention may have improved therapeutic value compared to the corresponding monoclonal antibodies that are not glycoengineered.본 발명은 각 Fc 상에 동일한 N-글리칸을 갖는 항-TNFα IgG 분자의 동종 집단을 포함하는 항-TNFα 모노클로날 항체 또는 항원 결합 단편의 신규한 부류에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항체는 글리코조작에 의해 항-TNFα 모노클로날 항체로부터 형성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 글리코항체는 글리코조작되지 않은 상응하는 모노클로날 항체와 비교하여 개선된 치료 가치를 가질 수 있다.
