PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist sauna apparatus for suppressing propagation of molds in a bathroom.SOLUTION: Mist jet operation into the bathroom is performed by an operation control instruction circuit 4 as operation control means and hot water at a temperature of 40 to 60°C is heated and vaporized steam is sent into the bathroom by a fan 108, so that air on the wall surface in the bathroom and in the bathroom is kept at a temperature of 40 to 50°C and a humidity of 99 to 100%RH in which molds do not generate and temperature on the wall surface in the bathroom is kept at a temperature of 40 to 50°C of the temperature in which the molds do not generate.
