PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of improving planting accuracy of seedlings compared to the conventional art, without largely changing a degree of elevation at a seedling planting part even on an irregular field surface.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes: suspension units 240L, 240R for changing a vehicle height at front and rear wheels 3L, 3R, 4L, 4R according to irregularities and the like of a field surface 70 a seedling planting part 7 arranged raisable/lowerable at a rear part of a vehicle body 2 and a planting depth adjustment mechanism composed of an electrohydraulic valve 102 and an elevation cylinder 9, for adjusting a planting depth of seedlings by raising/lowering the seedling planting part 7 according to change in float elevation angle detection means 101 for detecting an elevation angle of a center float 16C touching the field.
