The present invention provides a system and a method to detect a pain trigger point of a patient with pain based on measurement of a skin electric activity signal and a pressure stimulation signal applied using an algometry system. According to the system and method to detect the pain trigger point of a patient with pain based on measurement of the skin electric activity signal and the pressure stimulation signal applied using the algometry system; the algometry system is disposed on a body portion estimated as a pain trigger point of a patient with pain, a series of pressure stimulation values applied by the algometry system are measured in real time while applying a pressure stimulation to a threshold value which the patient cannot endure, a skin electric activity signal measuring sensor attached to a body portion where sweat glands (portions secreting sweat) are distributed such as the palm, the armpit, and the sole, to measure the skin electric activity signal (a signal measured by a skin electric activity signal measuring sensor; activity potential generated on a target body portion transmitted to a skin electric activity signal measurement body portion which is a body portion where sweat glands are distributed through a sensory nervous system in accordance to a pressure stimulation intensity applied by the algometry system), and a morphological change aspect of the skin electric activity signal displayed or analyzed during a measurement time by a pressure and skin electric activity measuring and analyzing device which receives and stores the measured skin electric activity signal, and a series of pressure stimulation values applied by the algometry system; thereby detecting a pain trigger point of the patient.본 발명은 압통계를 사용하여 인가한 압력자극 신호와 피부전기활동 신호 계측에 의한 통증 환자의 통증유발점 검출 시스템 및 검출 방법을 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 압통계를 사용하여 인가한 압력자극 신호와 피부전기활동 신호 계측에 의한 통증 환자의 통증유발점 검출 시스템 및 검출 방법은 통증 환자의 통증유발점으로 유추되는 신체부위에 압통계를 배치시켜 환자가 견딜수 없는 임계치까지 압력자극을 인가하면서 압통계에 의해 인가된 일련의 압력자극치를 실시
