Disclosed is a peroral endoscopic device capable of being swallowed, including: one or more imaging units performing imaging for the digestive organs and outputting image data for the digestive organs; one or more ultrasonic units outputting ultrasound data for the submucosal regions beneath the inner walls of the digestive organs; a magnetic unit adjusting a position, a posture and an advancing direction of the peroral endoscopic device in response to an external magnetic force; a transceiving unit transmitting the image data and the ultrasound data to an external device or receiving an external control signal; a control unit controlling the imaging units and the ultrasonic units so as to perform the imaging for the digestive organs and the submucosal regions; and a power unit supplying power to the imaging units, the ultrasonic units, the magnetic unit, the transceiving unit, and the control unit.
