A dental implant system, in the form of the roots of the tooth to be replaced (1.a), made to measure by CAD / C AM with a mesh (1.c) or titanium plate, offering a mechanical "primary" stability high, allowing implantation, maxillomandibular reconstruction by bone graft or bone substitute, (if necessary) and placement of the prosthesis in a single visit "immediate loading".
