PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope light source device capable of stably obtaining illumination light having a target emission spectrum through easy control.SOLUTION: A green semiconductor light source 36 is a fluorescent type semiconductor light source constituted by an excitation light LED that emits blue excitation light LBe and a green fluorescent body that emits green fluorescence LGf by being excited by the blue excitation light LBe. A dichroic filter of a second dichroic mirror 80 in an optical path integration part 41 has transmission characteristics of removing at least the blue excitation light LBe from an emission spectrum of mixed light of the blue excitation light LBe and the green fluorescence LGf that are emitted by the green semiconductor light source 36, and functions as an excitation light cutoff filter for cutting off the blue excitation light LBe. The blue excitation light LBe has no influence on a light amount of blue light LB of a blue semiconductor light source 35, which realizes constant supply of illumination light having a target emission spectrum.【課題】目標とする発光スペクトルをもつ照明光を、簡単な制御で安定して得ることができる内視鏡用光源装置を提供する。【解決手段】緑色半導体光源３６は、青色励起光ＬＢｅを発する励起光ＬＥＤ、および青色励起光ＬＢｅで励起されて緑色蛍光ＬＧｆを発する緑色蛍光体で構成された蛍光型半導体光源である。光路統合部４１の第２ダイクロイックミラー８０のダイクロイックフィルタは、緑色半導体光源３６が発する青色励起光ＬＢｅと緑色蛍光ＬＧｆの混合光の発光スペクトルから、少なくとも青色励起光ＬＢｅを除く透過特性を有し、青色励起光ＬＢｅをカットする励起光カットフィルタとして機能する。青色励起光ＬＢｅが青色半導体光源３５の青色光ＬＢの光量に影響を及ぼすことがなく、目標とする発光スペクトルをもつ照明光を常に供給することができる。【選択図】図１８
