PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound dressing which hardly causes discomfort, inflammation, traumatic tatto, hypertrophic scar, on a skin after cure, which hardly causes pain on a wound surface in use time, which releases in controlled release, various kinds of ions having sterilization effect or cell proliferation effect when contacting a body fluid such as an exudate or blood, and which absorbs excessive blood and exudate after being used to a wound, for preventing excessive humectation.SOLUTION: The wound dressing comprises in a biodegradable and/or organism absorptive polymer sheet, glass powders containing B2O3 or CaO as a glass constituent.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】治癒後の皮膚に違和感や炎症、外傷性刺青、肥厚性瘢痕を引き起こしにくく、さらに創面に使用時に患者の痛みが殆どなく、滲出液、血液などの体液と接触した際に殺菌あるいは細胞増殖効果のある種々のイオンが徐放され、傷口に使用された後は過剰な血液や滲出液を吸収して過湿潤を防ぐ創傷被覆材を提供する。【解決手段】創傷被覆材は生分解性及び/または生体吸収性のポリマーシート中に、ガラス構成成分としてB2O3あるいはCaOを含有するガラス粉末が含有されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
