To provide a massage machine for performing treatment due to that a pair of treatment units are linked and operated, and while the one treatment unit holds the front side of the shoulder of a person to be treated, the other treatment unit presses the shoulder from upward.SOLUTION: A massage machine includes: a seat part on which a person to be treated is seated； a backrest part for supporting the back of the person to be treated； a base part 210 provided in front of the backrest part； and a shoulder treatment mechanism 200 attached to the base part 210, and performing massage on the shoulder of the person to be treated. The shoulder treatment mechanism 200 has a drive part having an output axis 235 attached to the base part 210 and rotating due to energization, and a first treatment unit 261 and a second treatment unit 265 pressing the shoulder of the person to be treated from upward.
