An intervertebral implant, comprising: a first component extending along a longitudinal axis between an anterior end and a posterior end and comprising an outer tissue engaging surface and an inner surface, the inner surface comprising inclined portions disposed at an angle from the longitudinal axis; a second component extending along the longitudinal axis between an anterior end and a posterior end and being connected to the first component adjacent to the posterior ends with a hinge such that the first component is pivotable relative to the second component about a pin included in the posterior end of the first component and configured for disposal within an elongated slot of the posterior end of the second component, the second component comprising an outer tissue engaging surface and an inner surface engaging a surface of the second component, wherein the posterior end of the second component includes a threaded cavity and wherein the second component includes a screw configured for disposal within threaded cavity; and a third component disposed for engagement and being movable relative to the first and second components, the third component comprising a lower surface engaging the second component and extending parallel to the longitudinal axis and an opposite upper surface engaging the first component and including at least a first ramp and a second ramp axially spaced apart from the first ramp, wherein a distal end of the screw comprises a flange that engages a wall of the third component to retain the screw with the third component.La présente invention concerne un implant intervertébral.
