PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cover member of a toilet sheet for pets, facilitating dropping to the direction of the toilet sheet when urine of a pet is splashed while suppressing a whole height.SOLUTION: A base part 21 has an inclined plane 26 that gradually descends from a first end 22 to a second end 23. The inclined plane 26 has a first inclination part 27 arranged on a first end 22 side of the base part 21, and a second inclination part 28 having inclination larger than that of the first inclination part 27, positioned at a second end 23 side than the first inclination part 27, and inclined to an edge 25 of the second end 23.
