Preparation method of microneedle patch characterized by saving the processing time, increasing the mass production efficiency and controlling the carrying amount of the active ingredients
The present invention relates to a preparation method of the microneedle patch, which includes: forming active ingredient-containing needle tip mixture liquid formed inside multiple holes of a female mold drying to form a needle tip layer forming a blocking layer on the needle tip layer forming the needle bottom mixture liquid on the blocking layer and inside said multiple holes drying the needle bottom mixture liquid into the needle bottom layer, so as to make the needle bottom layer adhered to the needle tip layer and finally detaching the needle tip layer, the blocking layer and the needle bottom layer, which are adhered with each other, from the female mold, so as to obtain a microneedle patch. The preparation method of the present invention can not only overcome the problems of adhesion, machine alignment and production cost faced in the prior art, but also concretely save the processing time, increase the mass production efficiency and control the carrying amount of the active ingredients. Therefore, the preparation method suitable to massively produce pharmaceutical or vaccine microneedle patch is provided.本創作關於一種微針貼片之製作方法,其係先將含有活性成分之針尖混合液形成於母模之多個孔洞內,將其乾燥成針尖層後,於針尖層上形成一阻隔層,再將針底混合液形成於阻隔層上及前述多個孔洞內,而後再將針底混合液乾燥為針底層,藉此令針底層黏合於該針尖層,最後自母模上卸下相互黏合之針尖層、阻隔層和針底層,即製得微針貼片。本創作之方法不僅能克服以往製作微針貼片所面臨之黏接、機台對位與生產成本問題,更能具體節省製程時間、提升量產效率、控制活性成分的攜帶量,提供一種適用於大量生產醫藥或疫苗微針貼片之製作方法。
