Fish feed, methods for preparing feed, and methods of providing feed to fish are described herein. A method of providing feed to fish may include providing a first feed composition to the fish prior to the fish growing to a weight of about 50% to about 90% of a desired body weight and providing a second feed composition to the fish after the fish grows to a weight of about 50% to about 90% of the desired body weight. The first feed composition may include a first concentration of at least one of eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. The second feed composition may include a second concentration of at least one of eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. The second concentration may be at least about 30% greater than the first concentration.
