A disclosed Raman probe apparatus of the present invention comprises: a detection unit provided with a source portion irradiating light on a subject, and a detection portion detecting Raman signals generated from the subject such that the subject is able to be detected； and an adjusting unit to move the detection portion in a direction crossing an irradiation direction in which Raman signals are irradiated, adjusting a detection location of the detection portion with respect to the source portion. According to the present invention, precise sensing is able to be performed with respect to a depth of a location of the subject such that precision in diagnosing lesion is able to be improved.개시된 본 발명에 의한 라만 프로브장치는, 대상물에 빛을 조사하는 소스부와 대상물로부터 발생된 라만 신호를 검출하는 검출부를 구비하여 대상물을 감지하는 감지유닛 및 라만 신호가 조사되는 조사방향에 대해 교차하는 방향으로 검출부를 이동시켜 소스부에 대한 검출부의 검출 위치를 조절하는 조절유닛을 포함한다. 이러한 구성에 의하면, 대상물이 위치하는 깊이에 상관없이 정확한 센싱이 가능해져, 병변 진단의 정확도 향상에 기여할 수 있게 된다.
