The present invention relates to a blood vessel measuring device using a Doppler interferometer and an optical fiber. More specifically, the present invention relates to a blood vessel measuring device which Fourier transforms an optical signal received through the optical fiber forming a curved surface and the Doppler interferometer, and can quantify a position of the blood vessel and a flow speed of a bloodstream with a phase value obtained by the Fourier transformation. The blood vessel measuring device comprises: the Doppler interferometer including a light source, a circulator which guides light irradiated from the light source and reflective light reflected from a subject in one direction and a detection part; the optical fiber having one end connected to the circulator; and a spacer having one end coupled to the other end of the optical fiber.본 발명은 도플러 간섭계와 광섬유(optical fiber)를 이용한 혈관 측정 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 곡면이 형성된 광섬유와 도플러 간섭계를 통해 수신한 광신호를 푸리에 변환하고, 푸리에 변환으로 얻은 위상(phase) 값으로 혈관의 위치와 혈류의 유속을 정량화할 수 있는 혈관 측정 장치에 관한 것이다.
