PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead with a body harness, softly surrounding a pet, and facilitating the attachment and detachment.SOLUTION: The lead (10) with the body harness to be put on the pet is constituted of a main cloth (3) passing from the front part (3a) under the neck of the pet through the interval (3c) of both forelegs (9a and 9b) and covering the chest part (3b), a lead string (1), an assistant string (4a), and a size-regulating tool (8) of the lead string (1). One terminal of the lead string (1a) is fixed to each of parts (3a) of both shoulders of the main cloth (3), and the lead string (1) is connected to each other at the position (2) rear than the size-regulating tool (6). Each one terminal of the assistant strings (4a) is fixed to each of both chest-side parts (3b) of the main cloth (3) respectively, and the other terminals are connected to the lead string (1a) so as to be fixed or movable respectively.
