The present invention relates to a surgical trocar comprising: a trocar body unit capable of being installed by penetrating through skin tissue of a human； and a trocar unit inserted in and withdrawal from the trocar body unit. The trocar body unit comprises: a hollow first trocar body； a trocar body head disposed at the top of the first trocar body； a second trocar body disposed at a predetermined interval in a bottom direction of the first trocar body； and a connection unit.
