PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for enhancing antimicrobial performance, in particular immediate effect of a polyalkyleneimine derivative having high safety.SOLUTION: There is provided an antibacterial agent composition that contains: a polyalkyleneimine derivative in which at least one kind of substituent of the following formula (1) and formula (2) is added to a nitrogen atom of polyalkyleneimine and an alkali regulator and that has a pH of 7.1 to 14.0.
