The present invention relates to a manual double vinyl sheathing device for double covering a mulching vinyl in a field to cover cultivated ground planted with seeds and seedlings with the mulching vinyl after making furrows. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manual double vinyl sheathing device which comprises: a frame formed by connecting a pipe having a predetermined length in a shape of a Korean letter called ′Pieup′； an inner mulching vinyl and an outer transparent vinyl positioned side by side in a form of a roll at the bottom of the frame, rotated by pulling force, and progressively loosening the vinyl； and a pull bar rotatably coupled to one side of the frame and formed with a handle to be pulled by a man. Therefore, the manual double vinyl sheathing device, which is produced to simultaneously cover the inner mulching vinyl and the outer transparent vinyl in the cultivation field where power can not be supplied or equipment such as a tractor cannot get in, is capable of increasing agricultural productivity owing to high work efficiency and simple preparation.본 발명은 이랑과 고랑으로 만들어 씨앗 또는 모종을 심은 경작지에 멀칭비닐을 덮는 농사에서, 상기 멀칭비닐을 이중으로 덮는 수동식 이중 비닐 피복장치에 관한 것으로서, 일정한 길이의 파이프를 이용하여 'ㅍ'자 형상으로 연결하여 만들어진 프레임； 상기 프레임의 아래 부분에 롤 형태로 나란히 위치하여 견인력에 의해 회전하면서 점진적으로 비닐이 풀리도록 구성되는 내측 멀칭비닐 및 외측 투명비닐； 상기 프레임의 일 측에 회동 결합되어 사람이 끌 수 있도록 손잡이가 형성된 견인바；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 이중 비닐 피복장치에 관한 것이다.따라서 동력을 구할 수 없거나, 트랙터 등 장비가 투입될 수 없는 경작지에서 내측 멀칭비닐과 외측 투명비닐을 동시에 씌울 수 있도록 제작된 본 발명은 작업 준비가 간단하고 작업효율이 높아 농업 생산성이 향상 된다.
