The present invention relates to an abdomen band for protecting the abdomen and waist of a user. More specifically, the abdomen band can press the abdomen when the user does abdominal breathing exercises to make abdominal breathing easier. According to the present invention, the abdomen band enables a user to operate a power switch and a speed adjustment switch installed on the front surface of the body after the user wears the abdomen band, in order to operate a front operation plate and a back operation plate and press the abdomen, thereby automatically starting the abdominal breathing exercise.
