A pest control operator apparatus includes a central frame unit, first and second spraying frame units, and an obstacle sensing and avoidance unit. The central frame unit is arranged on the center of a passenger control apparatus and is formed to be extended in a horizontal direction. The first and second spraying frame units are connected to both sides of the central frame unit individually, are folded in a horizontal direction, and individually include two or more spraying blades having multiple spraying units to spray a pest control solution. The obstacle sensing and avoidance unit is arranged on at least one of the spraying blades of the first and second spraying frame units. The obstacle sensing and avoidance unit includes a sensor for sensing an obstacle on the front in the traveling direction of a traveling unit and horizontally folds the spraying blades on a lower level, which are arranged farther from the center than the sensing spraying blades with the sensor sensing the obstacle upon sensing the obstacle.
