PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device capable of distinguishing between a case of battery exhaustion and a case of only an outside range by certainly displaying the case of the battery exhaustion.SOLUTION: A receiving device: receives bio-information sent from terminal devices 301-30n each operating by a power of a battery, and each acquiring and transmitting the bio-information and performs display based on the bio-information.
