PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus preventing dissociation, even by a manipulation, of an adhesion site of a parietal pleura and a visceral pleura of a patient in which a cylindrical medical apparatus is installed from a body surface to a pulmonary parenchyma.SOLUTION: A medical apparatus 1 is inserted from a body surface of a patient into the pulmonary parenchyma and deaerates air in the interior of the pulmonary parenchyma. The medical apparatus includes: a cylindrical body 2, both end faces of which are opened a flange part 3 that is provided at an insertion-direction base end of the cylindrical body 2 and projects diametrically outward the cylindrical body 2 first energizing means 4 that is provided on an outer peripheral face at the tip end side of the cylindrical body 2 and, when being inserted into the patient, energizes the visceral pleura of the patient toward the body outside and second energizing means 5 that is provided at the base end of the cylindrical body 2 along the surface of the flange part 3 and, when being inserted into the patient, energizes the parietal pleura of the patient toward the body inside.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】体表面から肺実質に至る筒状の医療器具が設けられた患者の壁側胸膜及び臓側胸膜の癒着部が、手技によっても乖離しない医療器具を提供すること。【解決手段】患者の体表面から挿入されて肺実質に至り、肺実質内の空気を脱気する医療器具1は、両端面が開口された筒状本体2と、筒状本体2の挿入方向基端に設けられ、筒状本体2の径方向外側に突出するフランジ部3と、筒状本体2の先端側の外周面に設けられ、患者に挿入されたときに、患者の臓側胸膜を体外側に付勢する第1の付勢手段4と、筒状本体2の基端に、フランジ部3の面に沿って設けられ、患者に挿入されたときに、患者の壁側胸膜を体内側に付勢する第2の付勢手段5とを備えている。【選択図】図1
