The present invention relates to a novel strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and an animal feed additive containing the same, and more specifically, to a novel strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens which has both activity to inhibit the growth of intestinal harmful bacteria of animals and resistance to antibiotics for animals, thereby suppressing and inhibiting microbial substitution while effectively treating various enteric diseases by co-administration with antibiotics prescribed for animals, and to an animal feed additive containing the same. The strain is Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BB1103, which has been deposited at Korean Culture Center of Microorganisms (Accession No: KCCM 11372P) since February 06, 2013.본 발명은 바실러스 아밀로리쿼파시엔스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) 의 신규 변이주 및 이를 포함하는 동물사료 첨가제에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게 설명하자면 동물의 장내 유해세균에 대한 생육억제 활성과 함께 동물용 항생제에 대한 내성을 동시에 갖고 있어서, 동물에게 처방되는 항생제와 병용 투여하여 각종 장 질환을 효과적으로 치료하면서 균교대증을 억제 또는 예방할 수 있는 바실러스 아밀로리쿼파시엔스의 신규 변이주 및 이를 포함하는 동물사료 첨가제에 관한 것이다.상기 변이주는 바실러스 아밀로리쿼파시엔스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) BB1103 균주로서, 2013년 02월 06일자로 한국미생물보존센터에 기탁(수탁번호: KCCM 11372P) 되어 있다.
