Disclosed are an electrical stimulation system and an electrical stimulation method which recognize a brain activating pattern of a user based on a brainwave signal of the user and apply electrical stimulation based on the recognized brain activating pattern information to brain of the other user. According to one embodiment, the electrical stimulation method comprises the steps of: analyzing a brain signal of a first user measured in a first electrical stimulation device and recognizing a brain activating pattern of the first user； and applying electrical stimulation based on the recognized brain activating pattern information of the first user to brain of a second user by a second electrical stimulation device.사용자의 뇌파 신호에 기초하여 사용자의 뇌 활성화 패턴을 인식하고, 인식된 뇌 활성화 패턴 정보에 기초한 전기 자극을 다른 사용자의 뇌에 인가할 수 있는 전기 자극 시스템 및 전기 자극 방법이 게시된다. 전기 자극 방법의 일 실시예는 제1 전기 자극 장치에서 측정된 제1 사용자의 뇌파 신호를 분석하여, 상기 제1 사용자의 뇌 활성화 패턴을 인식하는 단계； 및 제2 전기 자극 장치가 상기 인식된 제1 사용자의 뇌 활성화 패턴 정보에 기초한 전기 자극을 제2 사용자의 뇌에 인가하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
