摘要：: Provided herein are methods of producing natural killer (NK) cells and/or ILC3 cells using a three-stage expansion and differentiation method with media comprising stem cell mobilizing factors. Also provided herein are methods of suppressing tumor cell proliferation using the NK cells and/or ILC3 cells and the NK cell and/or ILC3 cell populations produced by the three-stage methods described herein, as well as methods of treating individuals having cancer or a viral infection, comprising administering the NK cells and/or ILC3 cells and the NK cell and/or ILC3 cell populations produced by the three-stage methods described herein to an individual having the cancer or viral infection.本文提供使用包含幹細胞動員因子之培養基之三階段擴增及分化方法產生自然殺手(NK)細胞及/或ILC3細胞之方法。本文亦提供使用NK細胞及/或ILC3細胞抑制腫瘤細胞增殖之方法，及藉由本文所述之三階段方法產生之NK細胞及/或ILC3細胞群體，以及治療患有癌症或病毒感染之個體的方法，該等方法包含向患有該癌症或病毒感染之個體投與本文所述之三階段方法產生之NK細胞及/或ILC3細胞及NK細胞及/或ILC3細胞群體。
