According to the present invention, the rotational force transmitted from a tractor is accurately and sequentially transmitted to shafts which are vertically and horizontally rotatable inside the upper gearbox, the lower tilt gearbox and the closing housing, and the rotational force of the shafts is transmitted into the engagement force of the gears installed on the shaft, thereby increasing the rotational force of the blade of the ridger to ridge soil and forming ridges (cubs and furrows) at the same time by a ridger house which is fastened and fixed to be inclined close to the outer surface of a finishing housing.
