PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warming device that is superior in balance between satisfactory heating characteristics and floral aromatic expression.SOLUTION: A warming device 1 has: a heat generating part 10 including oxidizable metal, a carbon component and water and a bag body 30 having breathability at least in a portion and containing the heat generating part 10. The warming device 1 is perfumed by a perfume composition containing (A) methyl dihydro jasmonate and (B) alcoholate having a terpene skeleton. The content of the component (A) is 0.02 pts. mass or more and 0.2 pts. mass or less to the oxidizable metal of 100 pts. mass.
