The invention relates to a complex powder of scoria powder and a porous polymer, and more specifically to a complex powder obtained by uniformly impregnating a surface and an inside of a porous polymer with scoria powder particles, a cosmetic composition containing the same and a manufacturing method of the same, wherein the complex powder is prepared by spraying a dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing the scoria powder particles in a polymer solution by a one-step process. If a scoria sphere of the invention obtained by uniformly impregnating the porous polymer with the scoria powder particles is formulated as a cosmetic composition, microsized scoria well micronized by the porous polymer is considerably improved in oil absorption performance and adsorptivity for sebum cutaneum.本發明是有關於一種火山渣粉末與多孔聚合物的複合粉體，更詳細而言，有關於一種火山渣粉末粒子均勻地含浸至多孔聚合物的表面及內部而成的複合粉體、含有其的化妝品組成物及其製備方法，其中藉由單步製程對在聚合物溶液中分散火山渣粉末粒子所得的分散液進行噴霧而製備複合粉體。若將本發明於多孔聚合物中均勻地含浸火山渣粉末粒子而成的火山渣含浸粉體作為化妝品組成物而劑型化，則由多孔聚合物完善微細化成微小尺寸的火山渣的皮脂吸油性能而大幅提高皮脂吸附力。
