A scar treatment silicone dressing used for attaching onto wound of skin, comprising: a surface layer, a connection layer, a silicone layer, and a protection film. The surface layer is moisture permeable and water resistant thus providing protection function, and on one of its sides is disposed a silicone layer through a connection layer.
