PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for analyzing locally the moving state of a living body internal organ.
SOLUTION: An image analysis system 10 for analyzing the moving state of a moving living body internal organ having a lumen is equipped with a unit space capacity data storage part 15 for storing time-series capacity data in each of a plurality of unit spaces determined by dividing the lumen, calculated based on time-series tomographic image data acquired by reconstituting an object at different times a partial space definition table 16 for correlating a plurality of prescribed segments acquired by segmenting an internal organ wall with a plurality of partial spaces constituted of the plurality of unit spaces a partial space processing part 17 for calculating a change with time of each capacity of the plurality of unit spaces based on the time-series capacity data of each unit space and segment corresponding information and an output processing part 19 for outputting the change with time of the capacity of each partial space calculated by the partial space processing part 17.
