PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that needling of applying thread to a band for reefing the annulus and the aortic annulus cannot be controlled under direct vision when executing aortic valvuloplasty and thus the aortic valvuloplasty is technically difficult.SOLUTION: In order to dissolve the difficulty of the aortic valvuloplasty, in the aortic annulus reefing band holder, a large diameter upper edge part and a large diameter lower edge part are formed at the upper and lower parts of a small diameter center part, and a ring-like aortic annulus reefing band wound around the small diameter center part and bonded at both ends is prevented from falling by the large diameter upper edge part and the large diameter lower edge part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】大動脈弁形成術施術時においては、弁輪を縫縮するためのバンドと大動脈弁輪へ糸をかける運針を直視下にてコントロールできず、そのことによって、大動脈弁形成術は技術的に困難であった。【解決手段】大動脈弁形成術の困難さを解消するために、小径中央部の上下に大径上縁部と大径下縁部とを形成し、前記小径中央部に巻きつけて両端を接合した輪状の大動脈弁輪縫縮用のバンドが脱落するのを、大径上縁部と大径下縁部とにより防ぐようにしたことを特徴とする大動脈弁輪縫縮用のバンドホールダーを提供するものである。【選択図】 図1
