PURPOSE: A vaporizer is provided to vaporize liquid type diluted drug material to perfect gas state, thereby reducing the residue drug material after spraying. CONSTITUTION: A vaporizer using a pneumatic vibrator and a cyclone comprises a vaporizing tank(2), a pneumatic vibrator(18) inside the vaporizing tank, a ultra sonic wave generator(18A) installed to hexagonal direction, a screen filter(22) in the middle of the inside the vaporizing tank, a piezoelectric vibrator(20) installed in the bottom of the inside the vaporizing tank, an collision device(13-1) in the cyclon(13) for generating ultra micro particles by penetrating vaporized gas through the collision device, and a drying filter(27) for generating orifice of ultra micro particles by the moisture in sprayed gas passed through the drying filter.
