摘要：: The present disclosure is directed to compounds of formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, as mPGES-1 inhibitors. These compounds are inhibitors of the microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) enzyme and are therefore useful in the treatment of pain and/or inflammation from a variety of diseases or conditions, such as asthma, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute or chronic pain and neurodegenerative diseases.本揭露案係有關作為mPGES-1抑制劑之式(I)化合物及其醫藥學上可接受之鹽。此等化合物為微粒體前列腺素E合成酶-1(mPGES-1)酶之抑制劑，因此適用於治療由多種疾病或病狀所致之疼痛及/或發炎，該等疾病或病狀諸如為哮喘、骨關節炎、類風濕性關節炎、急性或慢性疼痛及神經退化性疾病。
