PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shaped hair cosmetic which enables smooth finger combing when wiping hair, imparts a moderate fragrance, and enables a long-lasting fragrance.SOLUTION: A sheet-shaped hair cosmetic of the invention is obtained by impregnating a sheet with a liquid cosmetic composition containing (A) organopolysiloxane,(B) perfume,(C) 0.1 mass% or more to 2 mass% or less of polyoxyalkylene addition type nonionic surfactant and (D) water.
