PURPOSE: A prefabricated box and a bio-retention structure using the same are provided to reduce costs by easily producing, transporting, and constructing the bio-retention structure. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated box(100) comprises a plurality of columns, a side plate, and a lower plate. The side plate is detachably attached to the side part between the columns. The lower plate is detachably attached to the lower part between the columns. A bio-retention structure comprises a constructed wetland box and a vegetation penetration ditch box.
