594055 NEW STABLE FORMULATIONS OF RECOMBINANT HUMAN ALBUMIN-HUMAN GRANULOCYTE COLONY STIMULATING FACTOR FUSION PROTEIN Provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising recombinant human albumin-human granulocyte colony stimulating factor, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the composition has a pH of between 4 and 6.4, wherein the concentration of recombinant human albumin-human granulocyte colony stimulating factor is between 30 and 120 mg/ml and wherein the monomeric purity in solution of the recombinant human albumin human granulocyte colony stimulating factor decreases by less than 5% after incubation at 25ºC for 24 hours.
