The present invention relates to a low viscosity cosmetic composition having luxurious appearance, and more specifically, to a low viscosity cosmetic composition which comprises: 0.0001-1 wt% of pigment powder 0.12-0.5 wt% of an acrylate-based viscosity agent having branch chain alkyl group and water for the remnant, in order to satisfy 100 wt% of a water phase part.
